This special family holiday home is a few minutes away from the Langebaan yacht club & Sandy Beach in a sought after area of Langebaan, close to the West Coast National Park, shopping centres and restaurants. The house can accommodate 8 people in 4 double bedrooms, two queen bed rooms & two twin bedded rooms. All rooms lead onto the garden with their own bathrooms & separate entrance. There is a hot outdoor shower for rinsing when you come back from the beach & a private North facing garden. The property is safely enclosed with off street parking for 2 vehicles. There are many stairs at the main entrance of the house & stairs down to the bedrooms, not suitable for very small children or wheelchairs.

An open plan kitchen/dining/living area has a fully kitted modern kitchen, with dish washer, microwave, electric oven & gas hob. There is an eight seater dining room table alongside a jet master fire place. There is a sheltered outdoor braai area/entertainment area on the North facing side. There is no TV in the house, one can be found at all the restaurants & at the yacht club around the corner for sports viewing!
